  4. i know on elsevier its not available but on amazon.com or amazon.de there is a kindle version but iam cant find the pdf version of this book on both sites

  5. i have plz another question about the kirklin cardiac surgery. The FIRST mediafire link contains just VOL. 1
    and the second link filecloud countains the pdf with both VOL. 1 and 2 together.

    is it possible to upload vol. 2 alone ?
